Bidra med feedbackVery interesting place to eat. the restaurant is extremely rustic, but everything is fresh and tasty. the best booze I've ever had, and I'm puertorican.
Delicious meal, all homemade local specialties such as wood-drilled pork served on a bed of fresh rosmarin, homemade pasta, cactus pears, seeds made with own fresh cheese and honey and all served by the good nature host and his wife with many explanations and layers wonderful! only google maps tells them to turn a schotterstraße too soon after the sign for locanda and miel (honey)
Discovered by coincidence, it was a real surprise. Surrounded by green, this building does justice to all the structures that were created for this purpose and is an exalted example. herr sergio and his wife are two wonderful people as soon as they arrived, they welcomed them not as customers but as friends. to honor them that they let us sit in spite of very late and we were on the table, until late afternoon. We felt at home, they spoiled us with their friendliness, sweet and with a series of delicious appetizers, of which they also produced a gift, homemade tagliatelle with meat sauce, good wine, meat, cheese, the seadas with the home. it was an escalation of unique aromes and emotions. we'll see each other soon. siro (the driver came with the camper and the caravan.)
We are found on this farm randomly on the road that returns from the beach of piscinas. already on the phone the owner made an excellent impression to advise us on the best way to reach it. at our arrival he warmly welcomed us. take a place at the table, he listed the dishes on the menu of the day: appetizer from local cold cuts, olives, artichokes, paprika and auberginen; first cure consisting of tagliatelle with homemade meat sauce second cure, consisting of grilled meat and tomatensalat (very tasty) in front of desserts he brought us pecorino and small cheese, aged by native and half age. dessert consisting of freshly picked crickles pears, tiramisu and fresh ricotta with eukalyptushonig. all delicious, but I would like to say a few words about the last dessert: the ricotta was fresh from the day and had an exaggerated taste. the honey was made home by sergio, the owner of the farm, and as a honey lover I can say that it was exceptional. he also made us taste the millefiori honey, which is also excellent, so we bought half a kilo and half a kilo of eukalyptus. after the coffee he tasted the myrte of his own production. sergio and his wife are very good company, they put them well and make them feel like home. people in the hand. the anwesen was recently renovated and is well maintained. I strongly recommend to stop
We stayed at the Locanda looking for typical Sardinian cuisine and a peaceful environment. We found all this and more. Sergio the owner welcomed us with the spirit of true local hospitality. Dinner without menu very abundant based on Sardinian appetizers, homemade pasta and grilled meat, fruit and aseadas, all very good. We stayed with Sergio until late drinking myrtle and citrus made by him, we felt at home. Highly recommended!
