Subway - Gurnee

Just once, I dare Subway to serve a sandwich that looks like the ones in their advertisements

Disappointed, and I hate to leave reviews like this; Placing an online, I requested two Chicken subs, a Turkey foot long, and three chocolate cookies. One of the Chicken Subs was supposed to have avocados and had been ¢.75 extra, but surprise, surprise, my favorite fruit was absent. On top of that, giving my brother his order, his Turkey footling, and cookies, he finds no chocolate chip cookies but a raisin and two macadamia nut cookies instead! Accuracy is just as crucial to an eatery as much as time, and ultimately this isn't the first time where I've ordered from the franchise, and they messed up my orders. Needless to say, I won't be returning; delicious as their sandwiches in this establishment you're better off making at home.

Why does your hours on the door say your subway is open till 8p on a Saturday night but customers arrive at 7:45p and are greeted with a closed up store and employees saying they are closed. Do you not value possible new and returning customers who want subway before 8p?

My bread was so hard I couldn’t eat it : I also ordered a cookie and seems as if it was 3 days old. I’ll just stick to the subway on Durand in Wisconsin. Their stuff is always fresh and tasty. I’m so disappointed in this Gurnee Subway
