I went through the drive-through today, and I ordered a Venti hot coffee along with four Frappuccino and a sandwich for me and my family she handed me my coffee from the drive-through once I grabbed my coffee, the lid popped off and hot piping coffee spilled all over me and my car. My hand is throbbing right now from the burns The person at the drive-through notified one of the managers she did not even apologize she was just staring. They both were looking at each other and smiling and I asked what the person’s name is she wouldn’t give it to me and she said, what do you want me to do dude it was an accident, a simple apology and some empathy with a calm the situation down but no . they were unprofessional, unapologetic, rude individuals I never experienced something like this usually people would apologize right away and ask if your hand is OK and make things right instead she said I need to leave because I was frustrated how no one was asking if my hand was OK. I will never return here again I am going to call corporate and explain how unprofessional they are my hand is still throbbing. I might have to go into a clinic. This was piping hot coffee. This could be a second-degree burn. Service: 1
