Mcdonald's Sm City Lipa - Gurgaon

We are looking forward to take a dinner at Mc Donald after shopping in SM Department Store. When we went to Mc. Donald the Staff Ryan we ask first is any part of chicken is available and he said yes, we decided to order any part of chicken except chicken wings . We are waiting our order and excited to eat that time,because we are hungrry. We order more than 9person for dining and upgrades all the drinks. When the order is came is take away, we order dine -in . But is okey we arrange the food and we open the sphagettie with chicken most off all the chicken wings part. We decided to change the one , my niece came and ask your staff the name is Ryan can we change the part of chicken please? And he said is not allowed . We scan the reciept and we answer all the info. And when we finished to answer all the info we have free vanilla ice cream . I ask to my niece to get it and she came to counter and gave the scan reciept. The security guard to shout to give the vanilla and to give to my nephew and he is looking to us is not good and he is not friendly even some of the staff and the manager nasty looking and laugh. I know why they have free vanilla ice cream to know the who's the costumer to complain. By the way the toilet not availble and the 1/2 of place is closed not allowed to use it , they have a lots of costumer still coming but no place to sit and table. Even they have plenty of chair and table but they closed early that time is 8pm . I'am OFW we are very often to take a breakfast and dinner with barkadas and family out side the country The Mc. They strictly implement the social distancing and very accomodating.

The place is so busy means there's business. As regular customer of McDonald's wherever I go, the big mac cheese burger here and the fries are too small and you need to upgrade the size, they just gave a couple of table napkins but from ordering there's no problem because I did by myself then delivered by the crew.
