After waiting for almost 20minutes in line before I reached the counter to order, staff told me that waiting time for the order is 30minutes. Poor service. You could've told that to wating-in-line customer that preparation for the order takes 30mins. Customers are hungry, waiting in-line alone is super long time then at the counter you will tell that it will take another 30 minutes before we can have our food. BonChon SM Lipa worst service!!! I love their chicken and fried rice but their customer service needs improvement. The person who takes the orders is not proactive in providing better options and recapping the order while their dining crew lacks courtesy. We tried the other Bon Chon store here in Lipa and the service was okay.
