Bigg's Diner - Gurgaon

The food at this restaurant is mediocre at best. I tried the spaghetti, which was edible but nothing special. The Ube Mango shake was awful. However, the biggest issue with this place is the management and staff. They constantly get our orders wrong and try to make us pay for items we didn't order. The manager is especially unhelpful and refused to discuss the discrepancies on our bill, resulting in us being overcharged. I would advise anyone thinking of dining here to be cautious, as they may try to overcharge you for subpar food.

I had never been to a diner before, so my first experience at a place like Bigg's Diner was something special. It was a pleasant surprise to find Bigg's in Lipa City, Batangas, especially since we had enjoyed their food in Bicol a few months ago. We ordered the Tuna Salpicao, Bicol Special (which included laing and deep-fried pork chop), and the crab and corn soup of the day. All the dishes were exceptional and delicious, with Bigg's putting their own spin on them. The interior and decor of the restaurant also added to the experience, with a classic American diner vibe. The walls were decorated with vintage soft drink bottles, Americana memorabilia, and movie posters. It was a brilliant touch. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Bigg's Diner and will definitely be returning.
