Shān ねこ Liào Lǐ Diàn

It is a bit far from Nago City but worth a visit. You can only have a full course meal for one group a day. It was delicious and the flavors were very gentle. It would be great if they charged a corkage fee so we could bring our own wine or beer. I would love to drink wine in a wine glass.

In a word, it was delicious!! I left feeling happy. Starting with a gentle soup, the simmered dishes that pleased my stomach, such as the borscht with fresh beets, and the impressive full course meal with a story. The hummus was the best I've ever had! The unexpected texture of the carbonara soba was light and easy to eat. The pounded high-key dish was a new and unknown dish for me, and the homemade ponzu was gentle. The dessert was refreshing, with chamomile that paired very well. I definitely want to come back again.

I am not vegan, but I requested a vegan menu at a restaurant that can accommodate for health reasons. I was surprised to find such a delicious restaurant that caters to vegans in the northern part of the city. The owner's love for cooking really shines through in the dishes. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be a regular customer at this wonderful restaurant.

日曜で空いているところも少ないので 予約して出かけました。 沖縄料理とアジア料理のミックス。 しかし、お作りになっているのは北海道から 移住された方なのです。 ですからザンギ北海道の言葉で鳥の唐揚げ、も あります。 どのお料理も味わい、組合せが美味しくて 飽きません。 正直、期待以上でした。 私が訪れた時期はコロナで人が少なく、 観光客も外に食べるのを控えていたので 3月一杯は全ての料理をテイクアウトOKに しているとのこと。 いる間にもテイクアウトの電話注文が ありましたね。 この近くにお泊まりでしたら 是非いらっしゃること、お勧めします。 ご予約はされた方がいいかな。 お勧めは羽付き餃子、クレソンと鯖のサラダも 美味しかった。あとフムスも… どれもお勧め…！ 鳥そばは辛い物好きの私でも5辛はなかなか 辛かったですよ。

全部おいしかったです。 ホテルの人によると、餃子とラーメンは是非、とのことだったのですが食べて納得でした あと親切に案内してもらいましたが、トイレは店の裏、プロパンガスの横です。和式です。きれいに保たれたトイレですが、膝に問題があると辛いかもしれません。 オクマプライベートリゾートからタクシーで1000円以内でした。 大食い一家四人ですが、大人二人は飲みます。全部で13000円ほどでした。安いです！
