Bidra med feedbackThis is a restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the ticket booth building at Daisekirinzan Mountain. The menu itself had about 7 items, which felt a bit limited, but all the dishes seemed to be good for your body, using Agu pork, medicinal herb salad, and medicinal herb pizza. After purchasing a meal ticket, we waited for our dishes. We ordered the 5-meal limited Shojin cuisine, hibiscus juice, and pineapple juice, as we couldn't make them ourselves. Some dishes came with salad included. The salad was self-serve buffet style. The Shojin cuisine was light and gently flavored. Even for those who don't like carrots, they were subtly sweet and delicious in a different way. Each dish brought out the flavor of the ingredients and was delicious. It felt like our bodies were becoming cleaner from the inside out. I forgot to take photos, but we finished everything. After the meal, we enjoyed herbal tea with a free ticket we received when purchasing tickets at the Daisekirinzan Mountain. It was delicious and the prices were reasonable.
This restaurant is located on the second floor of a building where the shuttle bus to the Ishikari Mountain departs and arrives. The restaurant offers a great view of the mountains, and from the window seats, you can see the sea and Yoron Island in Kagoshima (depending on the weather). The interior is quite spacious, with a variety of seating options including tables, counter seats by the window, and traditional tatami seating at the back. Upon purchasing a food ticket and handing it to the staff, you will receive a calling buzzer. When the buzzer goes off, you can pick up your food. When you buy one of the five main dishes, it comes with a salad buffet. You can create your own salad with various herbs and vegetables, and choose your favorite dressing. I ordered the Agu pork curry and Okinawa zenzai. The Agu pork was tender and very delicious. Although the price is somewhat high even with the salad buffet included, there are not many restaurants nearby, so it's understandable.
The agu curry was delicious! However, it was disappointing that the salad bar was not available due to the impact of the coronavirus. The agu nabe was also tasty, but it's actually pork soup, not nabe. It was unfortunate that the weather was rainy. I will try again on a sunny day and come prepared with my sneakers for some exercise.
