Good service and good food at a fair price. Can't wait to go back.

This is not the place to go for a date night. More of a short order type venue. I say that due to skills of the cook. He did not cook my steak as asked, I asked for well and it was delivered mooing. My baked potato never made it out warm, was cold, cold enough to not melt butter. Not only bad food presentation but the lack of silverware... we had to request silverware multi times and was told let me find some . Will not be going back. Came to eat here because my boyfriend said they have great food and staff.well know we know that’s a thing of the past. Usually I’m not harsh on service because I’m in the service industry, but this was probably the worst I’ve had. We walked in and seated ourselves because there was no hostess. Not a big deal they weren’t busy, only about three tables being used with 2-3 ppl, so there was plenty of seating. We waited for a good 10 min to be waited on. Then another 10-15 for our drinks. The waitress took our order and came back to check on us every now and then. I guess what ever was happening on the back patio was more important though. Patio was closed so there weren’t other customers out there. After about 30-40 minutes waiting on food she finally checks on it. Turns out it never got sent to the kitchen. I asked for a quick salad because my bf kid was hangry by this point. After another 30 min our food finally comes all kind of messed up. Ordered hot wings with Buffalo and Cajun seasoning with bacon cheese fries. Got rubbery half raw wings 4 with Buffalo sauce 4 with Cajun and plain cold fries. They brought me a cup of Buffalo sauce with some Cajun seasoning for me to fix my wings and didn’t do anything about fries or the fact the chicken was raw. Best thing is we got charged for everything like we ordered it. Just didn’t get it like we ordered. We never once got loud or an attitude with the waitress because 10/10 that will never fix things. Their are usually background issues that aren’t at eye sight as a customer. But I highly recommend them to do some retraining or get better management that will hold their employees accountable/properly train them. We paid the bill left and probably won’t be back. Beer was hot and meal was cold and not very well prepared. I had the steak shrimp,my wife had the grilled salmon.not cooked in middle reordered got the same results. Great atmosphere,but we want be back.

Salmon Caeser Salad was amazing. I've never been anywhere where the salmon was cooked so perfectly! Husband loved his mushroom Swiss burgers and that bacon cheese fries are amazing!!!
