Starbucks - Guntersville

I visit this location at least 1-2 times a week. For the most part their customer service is decent, my coffee orders...not so much. My coffee orders are never consistent. One day it 's great! Then the next time I go, I can 't drink my coffee until I get to work, to doctor my drink with extra coffee or creamer. Really sucks, because this location is convenient.

I go to Starbucks almost daily. The staff is always friendly. My drink on the other hand varies greatly. I order iced coffee with cream. Sounds simple enough. Starbucks has even given the cream a fractional measurement.... meaning light cream should be 1/4 inch, regular cream is 1/2 inch and extra cream is 1 inch. Yesterday my coffee order was dark brown, today my coffee order was almost white. I don't know how to fix this issue but it is a regular occurrence with the chain

We stopped at this particular Starbucks location to kill a bit of time between business meetings. This location had a friendly staff and I ordered an English breakfast tea.We settled in the comfortable leather chairs and enjoyed our drinks and the comfortable ambiance of this Starbucks location. All in all, it was a comfortable and nice respite from a long day of business meetings.

Au-Lexus is amazing! She makes sure everything is perfect and she’s the sweetest person ever. She really makes you feel welcome loved at the Starbucks.
