When you tell them you are vegan/vegetarian, they will make you a vegan sushi roll. My co-teacher translated it for me in Korean and I showed them the picture to confirm they got it right. The cook mentioned that he thinks the soup they serve is also vegan. I'm not entirely sure because I don't speak enough Korean to ask for details, but they will update here once they confirm. Regardless, the sushi is very good!
