Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely amazing, amazing quality for a tiny restaurant in a gas station. Blake is absolutely amazing, he took our order and cooked our delicious dishes. This isn't my first time here and won't be my last. love this place and all the staff. You keep up the amazing work. I'm in town.
My friend and I visited Gunnison and Crested Butte for Christmas and came to Powerstop 3 times over 2 days. They were the only restaurant opened on Christmas and the burgers were absolutely spectacular. The bungalows themselves were the best Burger bungalows I had. I first ordered the Spicy Hawaiian and Jeff got the Sanchez. Both BANGIN. On our second trip to Powerstop I got the Fiesta Ranch and Jeff got the Thrift Shop Burger. On our 3rd trip each of us got the breakfast Burrito (Mine with chorizo and Jeffs with bacon). My favorite choice was definitely the Fiesta Ranch Burger. Huge ranch fiend, and mixed with the guacamole was MUAAAW! Jeff's favorite meal was the Sanchez.
You know that you are in a good place when all customers and workers know each other. And even better if they treat you like an old friend. In addition, this is one of the best burgers I've ever had. I got the TAD Burger and it was great! HUGE patty, fresh ingredients and sauce fall from the sides and a freshly baked bread. I can't wait to come back to Gunnison just to eat here.
So many possibilities!! The food was so good! I had the spicy Hawaiian and it was excellent. It was very good. Also super friendly service!! My only complaints are: I really wanted to cook a burger less often. They all say boiled to medium, but it is really well done. I ordered my rare and it came medium. All the others were done well. It would be great if the ketchup was better! All Burgers and Fritten ingredients are obviously very fresh and high quality, but the ketchup has this tiny quality. I suppose next time I'll bring something Heinz: .
What a surprise! I was looking for a quick breakfast diner stop and when we pulled up, I thought it was a gas station only. Don’t be fooled! There is a cafe in there with seating inside and at the little patio outside. While it was busy and the service a little slow, they definitely have the kitchen figured out. We ordered the Gut Buster (in photo) and the breakfast burrito. I was expecting a mediocre showing, seeing as the place looked like a pit stop, but the food was really fresh and tasted great! Would stop back for a quick breakfast on the go.
