Chili's Grill - Gun Barrel City

Horrible service. Walked in, waited about 15 minutes. No one came to seat anyone. Older couple came in behind me, still no one to seat anyone. The manager came by with a whole line of staff….to sing a birthday song to someone. Then they all passed right by us again. Even the manager has no interest in seating people. Truly appalling. I went to the bartender to see if she could radio for someone to come up and seat us. Nope. Real attitude problem there. That chick doesn’t need to be in any profession related to people at all. Definitely not a good restaurant experience by any means. I left without ever actually talking to anyone other than the bar staff. Everyone else ignores customers.

Frozen margaritas are a joke. No Tequila except a teaspoon. Profit grab by MGMT.Cajun dishes do not resemble Cajun food in the least. It needs okra, bell pepper, and onions to even get close.Other than the above place is ok.

They gave us a free dessert because it took a while to get our food. The server was excellent and attentive.

The only thing that was kind of bad. The food was cold. But they only had one employee working. The place was really busy. Than later more crew came to work.The lady was a really good waitress.

We in for carry out me and my husband and we were standing at the bar waiting for someone to take our order the you lady just stood there on her phone completely ignoring us as we stood there for about 10 minutes we wasn’t greeted are anything other people were judging walking about as we stood there she never even looked up at us as the lady in the back said she’ll be right with us but she just stood there looking at here phone and not doing her job not only that the place was a mess and need cleaning bad as I looked in the back kitchen there were trash all over the floor I will not be coming back here no good customer service at all!
