Kfc - Gulfport

We walked in and stood at the counter while three employees ignored us. One of those was a supervisor. When my husband asked Can someone help us the two employees argued with the supervisor on who was working the counter. We just turned around and walkedout.

Came in and asked for the $21.49 8 piece that is shown online and was told they didn't have that special any more. Although I searched for this specific location and prices. I showed the cashier and she went to her manager on duty.

This restaurant has really declined in quality. We visited last night (10-11-22) at 6:53pm to grab a meal, but they were out of many menu items. The employees were extremely loud and disrespectful, yelling and being sarcastic with each other without any regard for the customers in the lobby. This was our second visit to this restaurant and we were very disappointed.

This restaurant was awful! There were screaming children everywhere and the whole fast food process took 45 minutes. Customers who came in after us were served before us. They were selling dreams as in the food was almost finished. The owner really needs to be present and improve the service.

Last week, my friends chose to go to KFC for a meal. I found the employees at this KFC to be incredibly patient. There was a customer in front of me who changed his order multiple times, but the employees remained friendly and helpful throughout. The food was of the usual quality, with crispy chicken and great taste. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great service. Thank you.
