Sloop - Gulf Shores

I went to The Sloop with 6 people. I couldn’t have been happier with all aspects of our visit. I had a **** Mary that was pretty impressive. My partner and I both got the steak nachos, which neither he nor I regretted. You know how sometimes you get nachos and the toppings are just piled on top and there is nothing on the bottom chips? Yeah, not these! They were so good. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Our servers/bartenders were really cool. They were friendly and fun. We had a great time with them. As far as the establishment, it was everything a dive bar should be. It had such great energy. And bonus, there were police and other first responder patches hanging on the wall. As a group of off-duty police, fire, and EMS from all over the gulf coast region, we appreciated the support that The Sloop displayed. We will absolutely be back!
