Behind The Pines - Gulf Shores

Even though the decor is absolutely nothing, the food and the service are outstanding. We had the prime rib, and if I could get back to Gulf Shores more often, I would most assuredly be at this place at least once or twice a month, minimum. Definitely ask what their daily special is, and you will be very pleased no matter what it is. This place feels like a neighborhood bar restaurant, and we immediately felt like family.

My sister, my grandson I had a delicious lunch here today. Wings were amazing and grilled shrimp house salad was top notch. Little local dive with excellent food and service!! Yes we will put this on our top 3 places to eat when we come back for Christmas

Fantastic Food and Friendly Service! My family enjoyed the Fried Shrimp, Fried Fish, Blackened Fish Taco, and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. We also tried the Key Lime Pie, and everything was delicious and fresh. The sauces were amazing too! Highly recommend this place!

--- This little hole-in-the-wall spot is one of my favorites, thanks to its unique character and charm. However, during my last visit, we were the only customers there, which made the atmosphere a bit quieter than I expected.
