The Marketplace At Guilford Food Center

They offer a vegan sandwich and a really delicious bean burger, but they use the same place on the grill and the same spatulas to flip it that they use for meat. You don't seem to understand why this is a problem. I was hit with an empty star. Plus, super slow as others mentioned. Salad bar (they make it with your choices) a good bet.

I grew up near this place. A few years back it has changed owners and names. The new owners are not welcome, the staff is incredibly slow, and the prices are very expensive. You better skip it. There are many places around it that can offer limited vegan options (i.e. Italian restaurant pasta with red sauce), but the staff is pleasant.

I used to frequent The Food Center often when I worked in downtown. The Market Place is where I usually meet friends or customers for a coffee break. Their meat counter is top-notch, so I always go there when I need something special.

Service and food excellent! An employee behind deli friendly professional large service. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He can remember ordered 2 Sante Fe to go. He commented 2. I joked with him saying he did it wrong it was 4 . Great guy. Next time I get a name. Love the market!

This restaurant is the perfect spot for lunch, situated right on the green. The cookies here are absolutely delicious and the best we've ever tasted!
