This Wendy’s has had a serious problem for about the last year or so when it comes to their chicken nuggets specifically. YOU NEED TO FRY THEM LONGER!!! Seriously. Wendy’s always used to have the crispiest, juiciest chicken nuggets of any of the fast food chains; they were by far my favorite. But whoever has been frying those chicken nuggets hasn’t been cooking them nearly enough because they’re disgusting every time I get them. They feel like rubber. I understand we’re talking about fast food here, not fine dining, but if you can’t fry your chicken nuggets correctly, as well as your fries to a certain extent, you’re going to lose many customers. I’m not exaggerating either when I receive these chicken nuggets, I have to put them in my air fryer for like 10 minutes for them to actually be edible.

The food was okay, and the service was great, but the prices seemed to not be a great value.
