Just don’t do it!! Table booked for 7pm for 16 people we wanted to split the bill for 4 families which they said wasn’t a problem. It was very busy when we got there so we expected a bit of a wait however it took 45 minutes to get a drink, over an hour to get starters which I had breaded mushrooms that were so over cooked it could break your teeth (not even my fork was going thro it). Then we ordered of the set menu for the kids and my partner the pizza that turned up was awful even my 6 year old wouldn’t eat it and he LOVES pizza it tasted of cardboard….and we didn’t get our mains until after 2 hours of arriving. I ordered 3 bottomless cokes and have been charged for all the cokes we ordered totalling an extra £20 on the bill!! The service was shocking, when I said we didn’t even get offered deserts she totally ignored me, some people came on over half an hour before us and they had their main course by the time we got our first drink!! Shocking all round, the toilets were disgusting, the service was shocking and it takes a lot for me to complain having worked in the customer service industry myself but this was just below awful and I will never go back nor would I ever recommend to anyone.

Our family of 15 came here on Christmas Eve. The food was all excellent and our server Danni was amazing. She was courteous and even managed to remember everyones drinks orders. We had a fantastic time and will come here again for a family get together

I went for breakfast and it was a horrible experience. The queues were large everywhere because they were out of everything. Cooked food? Most bowls empty. Pan au chocolat and the other ones? Nothing. Juices? Low. Spare knives and forks? Empty. The staff were trying their hardest, especially that guy sorting out the coffee machine and breads who was wizzing around like a madman while getting pulled from every angle, so I don't fault them, but the product availability simply wasn't good enough. They clearly need more staff.

We went for our monthly outing and, as always, felt very welcomed. We were seated at our table and our waitress, Danni, was very friendly and polite. She took our drink order and gave us time to choose our meal. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious, as usual. We found it to be good value for the money and we weren't rushed at all. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and all of the staff were lovely.
