Bidra med feedbackI had the pleasure of visiting Circolo Novecento, this charming restaurant in Guidizzolo and I can say with certainty that it is an exceptional culinary experience. Since the arrival, the welcoming atmosphere and the elegant design of the furniture have created a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel really pampered. Passing to food, each course was a masterpiece of taste and artistic presentations. Every mouth has delighted us with combinations of surprising and fresh ingredients, prepared with great care and culinary passion. It's a shame this restaurant should close. Its closure will be a loss for the culinary community of the mantovano and for all those who love to enjoy extraordinary dishes. I highly recommend taking the opportunity to try this culinary jewel as long as it is still possible. I'm sure the tastes and kindness of the staff will leave you a sweet memory.

We happened here by chance for a meeting in the area. We found a friendly, well-kept restaurant with attentive and courteous service. We tried their proposal for seafood tasting menu: exquisite in every dish. The cutters especially fantastic. Thank you very much for the excellent experience, for other at a price much more than honest
My husband and I chose this Restaurant suggested to us by an acquaintance who had spoken to us very well decantating the high quality of raw materials and the accuracy of the preparations. Absolutely. We slaughtered cooked and raw fish and enjoyed everything we had served. The tartare of ombry with raw lime and ginger thickener was simply perfect, such as steamed scampi on apple bed berries and salad. Not to mention the lemon-egg cutlets of Amalfi with red Shrimps of Sicily. Refined, light, sapid. Very perfumed. The dishes were not less the fillet of ombryn in the oven with datterini and yellow cherry with taggiasche olives and the grated octopus on the bed of potatoes and crumble of Taggiasche olives were an authentic delicacy. To finish a fresh strawberry sorbet. A true goodness. Impeccable service, price more than just considered the quality of raw materials and the refinement of pteoration. We'll come back to replicate.
When I want to fish the Restaurant Circolo Novecento is always my first choice! The quality of the raw material, the skill of preparation and presentation in the dish is inexplicable. But beware, the twentieth century is not only for fish lovers. Also excellent selection of wines, Italians and French.
