We first started coming to saunders over 20 years now and it never changes and thats a great thing . Always fresh baking. Freindly service. we never miss it when we are in Rockwood.

The staff there make this shop as fabulous as it is! Their sweet treats and breads, rolls, doughnuts, tarts, squares, etc. All fresh and homemade that day....all day. I never miss stopping in when passing through town! I true hidden gem in Rockwood.

Loved it, a real (old-fashioned) bakery with bread, rolls and lots of sweets. Loved the jelly filled donuts, cinnamon rolls, and chelsea bread. There was nothing fancy here but it reminded of a time when all the small towns had a bakery selling reasonable priced...More

This little quaint bakery is one of the best bakery's, you can not go wrong in anything you try , the best is the jelly donuts but I have not had anything that's not good here, Very good breads and buns , It's a must visit if you drive to Rockwood

I absolutely adore the donuts at this restaurant, they are incredibly delicious. Make sure to arrive early before they sell out! The bread is also fantastic. The date squares are another must-try.
