Samura Japanese Restaurant - Guelph

Today for lunch. almost one and a half hours to get the most what was ordered. the food was forgotten and delivered to others. many people went out because they didn't get food. the people have taken money, picked up records and done things. before washing their hands. server did not ask to refresh water or how everything was. very unfunctional place. I wouldn't go back.

Object lessons in the not customers welcome. bleak, cold and rabby. each single bottle on the weeping list is not available except the most expensive. food base. around 9 o'clock the waitress began to wash the floor and to pack tables around us.

Good food, bad parking. being on the parking lot of a super 8 can be tricky. when they find and eat a place, eat it decent and consistent

We had to go. - I didn't try to eat her. the place looks like a Soviet kantine. or so. smaller, colder place like a supplement in the middle of the Super8 hotel parking lot. and the price for everything you can eat was $27 per person. I'm sorry, we didn't like it at all. will not recommend

Visited in the summer and after reading all the negative I needed to add mine as well. We walked in around mid afternoon the restaurant was not busy but we had a seat for about 5 mins non of the the servers acknowledged...our existence. We finally caught the attention of one staff and he said he would bring us menus our water and never came back.. the staff were wearing sweatpants and on their cell phones. After trying to flag him down after SEVERAL minutes I grew frustrated and we left. The place was dirty, stuff on the floor. Not kept it wasn’t a busy time of the day. So no excuses. I can’t review on the food because we were never asked what we wanted but I will never be returning and I’ve told others about our experience. JUST DONT GO!!
