Mcdonald's - Guelph

Alicia, the same thing happened to me a few years ago at a different restaurant. I ordered a cheeseburger with no toppings, but they gave me a regular hamburger instead. I had to return it to the kitchen to get it fixed.

I ordered a quarter pounder and the packaging looked like it had been crushed and came from a dumpster, and the burger was cold as ice. If I could post a picture of it, I would.

How can I make a complaint about a specific McDonald's location? Please provide guidance.

Went to the drive through. Every time we said part of our order she would try to give us the total and we had to say we weren't done.

Ordered from Uber eats. Order came all packaged and sealed by the store. When it was unpacked,we were missing 2 orders of 6 chicken nuggets. Phoned store,they said it wasn't their problem,it was Ubers problem. How can it be uber's when they picked up prepackaged food? I was told I could come up and pick up the missing items. I don't drive,thus the Uber order. Orders should be double checked before they are sent out.
