Harvey's - Guelph

Jyotika, Harpreet, Vaibhav, Mahdi, and Alica made my night incredibly enjoyable. They provided me with delicious food even though it was late. The service was exceptional and the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend dining at this Harvey's restaurant. I have nothing but positive things to say and I left feeling very happy.

I brought my 12-month-old in for a special mommy and me date at this restaurant, and I was so impressed by how kind and attentive the staff were. They brought my food to the table without me even asking, made sure I had my drinks, and checked in with me during the meal to see if I needed anything. It was a thoughtful and pleasant atmosphere, and they have definitely earned my repeat business. The gentleman serving us may not have realized it, but those small gestures of kindness meant a lot to me.

Update:::: Harvey's reached out to me after seeing my review, they apologized immediately and asked how to fix it. They were very quick to contact me,and offer a credit along with many apologies. I will be visiting them again soon and will update again. Thank you for taking pride in your customer service .I haven't been to Harveys for some time so today I decided to treat my children. Bad idea. The food was cold. Usually fries get cold fast so I get that, but the burgers were cold, drenched in mustard, that's all you could taste was mustard, one soggy tomato,and one tiny pickle. The poutine looked good, except for after the first two bites I realized the cheese was still frozen. Very disappointed. After spending 42$ on two meals and a poutine. I will never again eat at Harvey's.
