A&W Restaurant - Guelph

I stopped at this A&W while passing through town and got a couple of sandwiches. The service was fast and the young man serving was very polite and helpful. I tried the chicken sandwich and I must say it was delicious, even better than the one I had at Chick-fil-A recently. The burger was also tasty, but I was particularly impressed with the chicken sandwich. Overall, it was a good visit.

The restaurant has definitely declined in quality and now tastes like airport food.

The restaurant is decently busy, but there is no excuse for having to wait at the counter for 10 minutes without placing an order, especially when there is no one else in line. The employees are terrible, so I would recommend going somewhere else that values its customers.

Its just bad...food drenched in grease and tasted of old oil, the iced coffee tasted rotten, almost like alcohol... the hot coffee was burnt.service was unusually slow for being not busy

Left empty handed ..waited in line and didn't even get noticed to order food ? It's probably the worst in GuelphAlmost left 2 stars by mistake this place should be shut down waste of time to stop here ..it will be a bad
