Dodam Korean Cuisine - Guatemala City

We're talking about a 100% Korean restaurant. If you have never visited a Korean restaurant, I recommend visiting DODAM. The menu can be explained by the waiters and their hospitality is very pleasant. The main dishes are exquisite and generous. Sometimes they offer a lunch menu that is a good option.

99% authentic Korean food in Guatemala. Located on the second floor of a shopping center called Rambla 10, it is modern and neat. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. 5, 6 Banchan (comlimentary secondary dishes) was delicious and refilled upon request. Korean bbq we had rock rib (entraña asado) and additional ingredients such as salad, cut garlic chili (it was jalapeño here), and traditional sauce was quite authentic. If you order Korean BBQ, steamed egg and bean paste soup are provided for free. It was nice that they provided a refreshing towel so that we could make Ssam (wraps) with our hands. The spicy pork on Sizzling pan was also quite good. Finally we had spicy fish in a vinegar-based cold soup. The service was very attentive and cautious (from the local waitress) and the owner (man and woman) came from the time to the table to ask everything they could help. I was impressed by the authenticity of this restaurant and the service they offer. It is definitely on my list in my next visit to Guatemala City. Very recommended. I took two Latin American friends, and both of them were stuffed and very satisfied.

I went here after I couldn't find Korean food for a while and I'm so glad I found it. the food was really good and the owner was super nice. It is an authentic Korean restaurant and even leave the owner You buy me some pig belly to take with me to grill later. 100% recommend this place.

Very good Korean in zone 10, the place is new and looks clean. For now I only tried cuts to roast, with their due accompaniments, it is noted that they use good ingredients. In addition to mandatory sojus, they also offer sake, which I like because not in all Korean places there is that option. I hope I can come back and try other dishes.

Great food and service! Unfortunately, te bar next door was extremely loud and it was difficult to have a conversation. I definitely plan to try my luck and go at a different time of the day so I give 5 stars.
