Bidra med feedbackLarge basic tourist restaurant located between the rock and the parking lot, with a fantastic view of the Dam and Rock. Basic food and service but you get what you pay for, staff ok a bit slow, but what’s the rush, bartender was friendly and spoke a little English. There was a sign for craft beers, but we ordered margaritas and a mojito with extra rum, as we had time to kill. TIP: Go to the lower floor for the better view and its less crowded if you are in a large group.
We went there for the views and for a drink and decided to order something to nibble on ! We were quite pleased by the service and the quality of the food and the view was fantastic
Very close to the El Penon, between the rock and the parking lot. Reasonable prices, about $6-$7 for a meal with a large portion. Sat at window counter/bar overlooking the beautiful scenery of the surrounding water. See photos. All food is made fresh, no pre-made food, so took about 20-25 minutes for our order to arrive. Very tasty food. Free bathroom for patrons.
Did a bus tour and lunch was served here as part of the tour package. We had a choice of beef, chicken or pork and it was served with rice, plantain and beans. Surprisingly there was a fried egg on top! Food was good but service for some was slower than others.
Nice location, excellent food. They have bathrooms and offers a great view of the Guatapé lakes. Just one thing, they don't offer a free entrance for waiting the food like arepas or patacones, this is normal in many restaurants in Medellín but in this case they don't offer that.
