Tragaluz / Komorebi - Guanajuato

We were looking for a cozy place and nice food and this is exactly what we found. This couple is doing an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and have a great selection of food on the healthy side. We had tasty tapas, a...quiche and a vegetarian lasagna which were all delicious.

Friends and I spent several days waiting to eat here as we heard that the tapas are good. but every time we went this place, it was never open, even though it said on the website they were. there are many. other restaurants in the plaza that are always open when they say they are. suggest to the owners of tragaluz change their hours on their website so it is accurate and so that people do not waste their time constantly review or wait 3 hours for them to open and then they do not.

I had dinner here two years ago, but someone told me that the quiche is excellent and I decided to go back. it is certainly the best quiche in the city, much better than la vie en rose. a bargain at 55 pesos... with generous partial salad. the agua de melon was also particularly good. the service was also much better than in the past.

As many others have mentioned, the attention to details and the speed of the service must be improved. I usually come here during the intercourse (Spanish-English)... I try to support a place that supports the exchange of culture (in this case also in the language) without cost to the participants. thanks for offering such a room.

Fue el primer lugar que pisamos luego del tráfico vacacional de Guanajuato, y fue un gran recibimiento. Los dueños son súper amables y el diseño que le han dado al lugar es hermoso. La comida es muy rica, sobre todo el quiche. Moríamos de hambre, pero valió la pena esperar para un pequeño lunch que nos llegó como caído del cielo. Ojalá podamos volver y probar algunas cosas que no tenían esta vez.
