We only ordered one soup and it took around 45 minutes. Unfortunately we read the reviews afterwards. Appalling.

Terrible service, you almost have to beg for them to give you the letter. Avoid going and having a hard time. Don't go to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a pretty good experience here. The Location is excellent, right i the middle of old town a few minutes walk from all of the major attractions. Food was good, prices were fair. We ordered an American coffee, a chai and an ice cream and it took them 40 minutes to come and tell us that they didn't have the ice cream we ordered. The menu is varied but the truth is that they don't have what they offer. At first we had ordered a 3 leches cake and they said they didn't have it, then a concha with cream and they didn't have it either. We confirmed what they did have because we were in a hurry and needed a place with internet because our sin cards stopped working. The atmosphere and design of the place is good, but the service, slowness and limited menu they have leave a lot to be desired. I do not recommend it
