Words cannot express the hospitality of this ryokan. Tomoko is the perfect host and made us feel so comfortable. This was our first experience in a ryokan and I was nervous that I would do something wrong. The staff was quick to help me when I had any questions.

I ordered the lunch panini and added soup for $1.00 more. The soup did not come until the meal was delivered. When I asked our waiter (Olyjawan) why the soup did not come out earlier he replied I don 't know what happened . Additionally, he never asked me if I wanted more soup. The service was not up to my expectations. The quality of the food was average but due to the poor service it was not an enjoyable experience. My wife had to get her own refill of water.

Good Italian food and service. The spicy Romano chicken is delicious. Hope they bring back the Sicilian Fire Sticks someday!
