They refuse a delivery driver to use the restroom. What a shame. Nowadays 35/45% of sales are made by the delivery app.

Haven't been to a Flame Broiler since 2020, and returning was very unsatisfying. The prices have gone up but the portions are significantly smaller than what it's worth. The rice is still good but the meat was gnaw-y and overall didn't taste good without sauce. The guy at the counter was friendly and nice though.

Now they're serving you chicken leg meat instead of chicken breast white meat. The kicker is, you're being charged more!

The quality of food have declined at this place. Chicken is terrible, very hard and chewy undercooked, overcooked, or left uncovered for too long. Plastic utensils they give are very cheap quality and too small to eat with. I won't be coming back here again.

Friendly staff, fast service, tasty food. I could eat here every day.
