Bj's Brewhouse - gton Beach

Came in for broccoli cheese soup and they said that they haven't had it in weeks which is pretty pathetic then I asked for a cup of soup and I was brought out of bread bowl which cost more money Said I didn't order this till they took it back son ordered ziti,had an issue with the server not understanding that if you have a garlic allergy you can't have garlic toast figure another bread to give somebody Don't just say that's all it comes with I have explain don't you have other bread that sandwiches come on that you can toast and then put some butter on it and he goes oh yeah I'm like come on really

UGH! What a disappointment! Took FOREVER to get our mildly warm, deep dish pizza to be delivered to our table. Then, since our Server (guy was still MIA, I asked the food delivery person to get Parmesan and Peppers for our pizza. (They no longer have it stocked on the tables. . He apparently, forgot and after I finished my first piece of pizza, our Server showed up and half heartedly asked if everything was fine NO, can we pls get Parmesan and Peppers? Ate ANOTHER slice (slowly before he ever returned w/these! I never was asked if I wanted a refill for my EMPTY root beer glass and it took 3 REQUESTS for my husband to get his second beer (and the beers were served in small BRANDY glasses??? . Will not return to this location. Shame as this should be their crown jewel as it is located right by their corporate office. Their Carlsbad location is MUCH better better food, better service, etc.

Our pizza took 30 minutes to receive and came out look warm, like it had been sitting there for a while before it was brought out. We ordered pizookies later, which also took longer than expected. They came out hard as a rock. So hard that I broke the plastic spoon they gave me trying to scoop into it. Worst part: they didn't offer to remake it.

Our waiter Conner was great! But the food.... Had the tortilla soup recipe twice this month. Very disappointed as it seems the recipe has changed .. did not enjoy, not flavorful. Two of the 4 of us ordered medium cooked hamburgers. They were extremely over-well done.. charcoal burnt edges and Dry.

We went to BJs at about 4:30. The service was great to begin with. Then the restaurant got slammed and our server was overwhelmed. Recommend the restaurant hire more servers and helpers.
