The Rib Line - Grover Beach

My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and found it very good...she doesn't eat meat that often and was impressed. I had the tri tip and it was good...the meat was well cooked and pretty flavorful. The baked beans were yummy and the cole slaw was good. Will visit again!

Preordered two Thanksgiving set meals for pick up on Friday via their online ordering system (unorthodox, I know, but the ordering system allowed it). Arrived on Friday to find the preorders were only for Thanksgiving Day and they had no food available for my gathering. They refunded the purchase price except for approximately $6 in tax and fees for using their online ordering system. In other words, I received no food because their ordering system was faulty, and I paid a fee for this privilege. I wish I could have tried their food, but I'm not tempted to return after this lackluster customer service experience.

Gave this place another shot. It's good. Bought the pound of pulled chicken and ate it with bbq sauce and Cole slaw. Good food and decent price.

This place has gotten multiple try's from me and each time I haven't written a review because I feel like they were trying up until now. Went in took 35-45 minutes for artichoke mind you there was no other customers. Got it to go because my fiancé had already finished his drink and we were over hanging around. Did not include any of the dipping sauce it normally comes with and then there was a worm in it and more than one. Really disgusting I would give zero stars if possible and I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm very pregnant and was served food with worms and the only people eating here are going to be unknowing tourists because the locals have watched the service and quality of food steadily worsen. Oh also they said we could only have a refund if we drive all the way back there and bring the food. Awful establishment.

It was way too loud in here for me and a bunch on old people in there 60s and 70s dancing here. That is why it was loud maybe. We waited for ten minutes to be helped after the bartender told us where we needed to wait to order. A high school student came out with a delivery and I told him the situation and he told another employee and they both walked outside. Won't be coming back here even with the renovations that have been done to this place.
