In contrast, the Tim Hortons location on Dublin Rd. in Grandview offers a completely different experience. My orders are always correct, and they are able to process cash payments on the Tim Hortons app without any issues. The management at this location seems to care about providing a positive experience for customers. The Tim Hortons in GC is in need of significant improvement in terms of management and customer service. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, there has been no improvement. After posting a review of my experience, Tim Hortons reached out to me via email and asked for further details. I expressed my frustration by using the word "damn," and my complaint was promptly closed due to the use of profanity. This response highlights the lack of care and attention on Tim Hortons' part in addressing customer concerns and improving their services.
