Cold Stone Creamery - Grove City

The employees decided to close earlier than their hours of operation, when I arrived at 9:42pm their lights were already turned off and when I walked inside and asked if they were open they said no even though the business is advertised to be open until 10 pm. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but since I had to drive quite a bit to get to this location on time before their advertised closing, it’s warranted. Also, there was another two people that arrived just 1 minute after us that had to leave even though they technically arrived on time as well. I would imagine this is really bad for business and hope the managers in charge will correct this.

Fans with the recessed lights could cause issues for those susceptible to seizures. But the ladies behind the counter are on the ball, respectful, and efficient at their craft. As always the ice cream is great, can’t really screw that up I guess.Kid-friendliness: Is ice cream that has candy mixed into it, what kid wouldn’t want that?

So I ordered a cake, and honestly, this was the first time ordering at this location and as you can see I didn't like the writing on the cake I just felt like whoever did this didn't care. They offered me a refund and still , to this day, haven't gotten one. I called and called to speak with the manager, who offered me the refund. But conveniently is never there when I call. And has not returned any of my msg.

The worker purposely shut the lights off and the door was locked when we got out of our car at 9:05p, although on the window and website it said they closed at 9:30p.

Place was super busy but the young ladies where working hard. Got a peanut butter milkshake. Was very good ??
