It’s a beautiful old colonial with comfortable modern rooms, TV, good shower, tastefully decorated for Halloween, with books and games available, lovely dining rooms and a thoughtfully appointed breakfast spread, plus hot breakfast to order. Less than 20 minutes to Cortland and 30 minutes to Ithaca in the sleepy town of Groton. Drew and Shelly were very friendly and accommodating hosts. Lovely relaxing stay! There are a lot of rooms available in two houses—would be a fantastic location for a family reunion or event with dinner and accommodations. Sometimes they host event dinners for the public—there was one before we arrived. Wonderful menu! Rooms: Very comfortable, lovely decor, good shower, cozy bed.
