Bidra med feedbackSmall salumeria off the beaten path in old town Grosseto. We ha lunch on a warm day but sat outside under an umbrella with a breeze thru the small street. Daily special was tagliatelle with pomodoro and mozzarella. Mouth watering. Also had the artisan Tuscan soup paired with a red wine from Montecucco. The owner/ chef was helpful and delivered all in a timely manner.
We couldn't help ourselves, and basically induced a food coma, after having to try just about everything! The bruschetta with pata negra Lardo and truffle, was exceptional! Great wines! If you're in the area you'd be a fool to refuse the hospitality of this establishment! Grazie
Strange waitressing policy- food was put on a side table and you had to serve yourself. The Ragú was good but the pizza was not pizza as you know it- focaccia bread drained with olive oil and sprinkled with cherry tomatoes…. Shame as we were starving and had to get pizza elsewhere.
Delicious local in the center of bigeto! wide choice of wines, meats and cheeses! delicious croutons, to taste everyone! recommended!
