Starbucks - Grimsby

Staff is friendly but they need to clean their espresso machine, the coffee always tastes burnt.

I love the place and service but most of the time I don’t see my favs on the menu and the drinks are like always different so…

Gone are those days when Starbucks could make a proper cappuccino. Milk is too hot, no micro foams, ruins the taste of coffee

Drive through line is not marked properly. As a result people form it through the parking lot.Lots of shipping boxes inside. Only one washroom and the other is under code lock.Staff is nice and friendly.

Tried the drive thru and line up wasn't moving so I went inside. I placed my order and stood there waiting...and waiting....an waiting. While I was waiting I saw a work collègue pull into the drive thru...placed their order and proceeded to get their order and drive off. I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY ORDER 25 MINS LATER...so I had to leave for work being already 10 mins late. One would think that I had enough time to get an order and get to work 2mins drive away.Parking: Can't get in or out of parking because drive thru line is right behind the parking.
