Bidra med feedbackFirstly, I noticed some concerns regarding sanitation. There were instances where cleanliness wasn't up to standard, which is crucial in a dining environment. For example, I found a hair in one of my quesadillas, which was quite off-putting. Secondly, I believe that the staff could benefit from additional training. If I am a valued customer, I would expect to spend at least $500 on food each month, and I expect that same level of quality in return. Occasionally, the quesadillas were not cooked to perfection, and I think the workers need to be more attentive and efficient in their work. For instance, when I ordered salsa with chips, I mistakenly received queso instead. It's important that the staff communicates better and listens to customer requests. In summary, I appreciate the quality of the food, but I sincerely hope that the management will consider training their staff to improve both sanitation and service. Thank you!
The staff here is absolutely wonderful, even on a quiet Sunday night. They welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt taken care of. It felt like we were all part of the cooking process—it was such a friendly atmosphere. Just to give you some context, my friend and I visited around 7:30, sharing laughs and enjoying the vibe. A big thank you to the evening team; you made my first visit to Iowa truly memorable!
