This is a small diner! One cook, one waitress and an ATM machine : It is kind of loud inside whenever the air is running and then when it shuts off, you find you were yelling! Oops This was a nice stop for us on our way to Chicago. I had a cheeseburger and the layer salad. The layer salad was strictly a sentimental choice based on what I remembered my mom making and I'd have to say, I was disappointed. Due to the small bowl they served it in it was mostly mayo with very little lettuce. The cheeseburger was excellent though nothing fancy, but great flavor! Hubby ordered the meatloaf special and thought it was good.

Cutest tiny ma and pa place with great service, great food. Burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, crinkle fries delicious.
