Pizza Hut - Griffin

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for years, yesterday was the worst for me! I pulled up to pick up my food from drive thru and it seemed that every worker besides the lady was sitting on the front curb, in uniform, smoking cigarettes and drinking God knows what out of cups. This is so unprofessional. I don't know who the manager was on shift but they must not had any control. I will never eat from here again. The lady yelled out the drive thru window and asked them to come in to help and no one moves. She seemed really frustrated. Oh and yes I took pictures!!! Hoping a manager will see this and reach out.

Staff was extremely rude and wouldn 't honor a my points .... Well they allowed me to use my points for a free FREE medium pizza but still charged me a dollar. And was repeatedly told it just do that sometimes and I was supposed to understand that being an explanation for the charge. And wouldn 't give me the pizza until I paid it. And said my points couldn 't be replaced

They gave me a different order instead of what I had order... I placed my order online before 11(I?ve done this times before and never had a problem with getting my order. I understood that they was dealing with last minute orders and had waited patiently but to wait a while and still receive the wrong order is smh.. to make it bad the order is from 9 something so it wasn?t as fresh ?... I?m a loyal customer and I love PH but tonight wasn?t it.

Love going here, fantastic food! They even have an arcade machine with Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man

Employees didn't even pay attention to customers coming in and the food was cold and hardly any sauce on wings. Couldn't get any assistance from the employees who were standing around talking to one another
