I had a pick up order half was made and she told me I had to wait for the girl to finish with all the other customers in line for the rest of the to go order. Saying there's only 4 of us here there is going to be a wait. Why make half an order???? Unorganized rude the time of voice demeanor and overall behavior was not something expected from a manager! I will never pick up from here again
I don't often visit this Dunkin' location, and after my recent experience, I remember why. The first issue was the attitude of the young lady working there - she seemed uninterested in serving me. Secondly, when I asked if they could warm up my donuts, I was told they couldn't. Finally, the prices at this location are higher than others I have visited, even though I receive the same product. I visit Dunkin' Donuts four times a week, so this was disappointing. I don't like writing negative reviews, but my experience on this day was not up to par. Wishing them a better day ahead.
This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service is incredibly slow and they cannot even get your order right. I cannot believe how bad it was, I have finally decided that QT is the best place to get coffee. After trying this place three times, I will not be returning. They should refund my money. Starbucks is better at customer service than this place - I am very dissatisfied.
Can not get an order right,, ask them to open the bagel and toast it on the inside they keep toasting the bagel on the outside no matter how many times I ask they do it wrong stop going there because it's just too irritating when you try to explain to them talk to several other people said they had the same problem with that store
Coffee is always fresh. whether it's an early morning hot coffee or a afternoon ice cream, I'm in the mood for the coffee is always on place. large customer service received both in charge and through drive-thru.
