Charleys Cheesesteaks - Gretna

This little restaurant is so good. the philly Chessteak is about tasty and great service!

Upon my arrival, they were assembling my meal. The fries were ?(HOT), the sandwich had an abundance of bacon, the Blueberry lemonade had crushed, juicy, plump fruit! YUM!

The service was terrible, the guy was rolling his neck because I told him I didn't ask any tomato on my burger. they also tried to recharge me for pommes when I was after

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times last year, and every time I have received the wrong order. For example, I ordered a Philly cheese steak without green peppers, but not only did I not get green peppers, I didn't get anything else either. When I pointed out to the man behind the counter that my order was missing mushrooms or onions, he insisted they were just chopped into the meat. I decided to give the sandwich a try anyway, but to my disappointment, they had clearly lied to me. The staff needs to be replaced with better employees who are honest and attentive. Furthermore, there was another customer who ordered a meat-only dish, but they were also given the wrong order and the staff refused to admit their mistake. It's a shame because the food tastes great when prepared correctly, but the service is truly terrible.

The service and food quality at this restaurant is awful.
