Amore Bakery And Cafe - Gretna

Sat outside with our dog, how nice. My ham, egg and cheese Croissant was excellent. I'm not talking about fast food. That was worth the price. The same could be said about sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The blueberry almond pastry was delicious and the Iced Vanille Latte was the bomb.

That's a nice cafe! they have all kinds of delicious sweets and delicious coffee. Great place to pick up with friends and share a piece of cake

Amazing flavor, texture and atmosphere. The Amore Latte with the Mandel Croisant was a perfect start. A chicken salad sandwich on wheat with a side salad, dressed with a Balsamico ice cup, and a glass of ice water.

So I didn't want to leave a low rating because in the past I had really great experiences at Amore. However, I wasn't there in a little while, and this last visit made a bad taste in my mouth. I don't know if it's just new employees or what. I came by quickly to get a dessert to take a dear friend who just had a baby, I bought a piece of cake. I noticed that the first two had blows in the case that were banged, so I expressly asked that the employee gave me another back that had the blow because I wanted to look nice for my friend. She must have waited until I turned away and then grab the one she had originally reached. Because when I came into my car and opened the box to double check, all the punches had been missing and they were not in the box, so they had not dropped off. Not a big deal, I understand, but ignore me as frustrating.

I am so happy that Amore has now started serving lunch!! It was so delicious and very affordable. The only thing I would change is the option to take pineapple out of the chicken salad since I am allergic... but that’s just me. Keep up the great work
