Boka nu
Feedback
Bidra med feedbackI was excited about a new Chinese restaurant in town! Madison is seriously lacking good Asian food from across the continent. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t what I was hoping for but most of it is my personal preference. The menu is small which is usually a good thing. Overall, I found the menu lacked vegetarian and GF options and what I tried was bland. I loved the green beans and wish that had been an option for a main. The Dan dan noodle was fine. I think more bok choy or vegetable again would have been better. I thought the scallion pancake was dry and thin. I have eaten scallion pancakes at a lot of places and these had very little scallion and no sauce. The spring rolls lacked flavor and texture in my opinion. The restaurant has no vegetarian mains and is quite meat heavy overall which once again is fine if that isn’t their style but limiting for people. There are very limited gluten free items as well which was a shame for my mom but she enjoyed her braised pork rice bowl. While the tipping policy did not affect me, I did find it unprofessional to have three potential tipping scenarios “that may affect you” but did not make a definitive guideline which makes it seem quite subjective. I understand requiring tips for large parties but it should be clearly defined when those gratuity charges are added so they aren’t a surprise.Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian options
One of the absolute best restaurants in Madison, such a gem. Everything on the menu is spectacular, you can’t go wrong! The Dan Dan noodles are EXQUISITE.
All I can say is that the boss’s aesthetics are amazing. The decoration and decoration are very coordinated and tasteful. I admire you.
I went to your restaurant yesterday alone. One bowl of noodles, three kebabs and an appetizer. Was charged a mandatory 18% service charge without being told.It took you 50 minutes to serve the food. How brazen is it to charge a mandatory 18% tip! And I was alone.
I don't like your way of dealing with customer complaints/conflicts. Different people have different tastes. Responding in an arrogant way and indicating those who gave you a low score do not understand Chinese food will never lead you to a success. As a customer, I can only see how self-indulgent you are. I was not involved in the conflict you had with some of your customers, but this is the first time that I see a restaurant quarrel with their customers on Google Maps.
