We walked in and after looking at the menu we selected what we wanted and got the reply, we only have these 3 right here I said what? She said yes we don 't keep a big stock... I replied with I see......so we got 2 each so 6 total. And honestly they didn 't taste that good either. It was a bad experience..
Went through drive-through at 11 AM, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Whoever was taking orders in the drive-through was not paying attention, kept asking me to repeat my order. When I got to the window I was given the wrong food and it looked like it had been ran over by a dump truck. I said “Are you kidding me?” a “manager” came to the window, IMMEDIATELY with an attitude and RUDE. When I asked for a refund because of her attitude she cussed at me. I handed the food back to the window, she grabbed and pushed it back into my car, then I pushed it back and it fell to the ground. I will never go back to a place where they allow someone to treat customers so rudely and disrespectfully while some of the other employees laugh about it.
Food tasted good, but the selection is always extremely low when I am there. Service, not the best. At all. Atmosphere: If the crew didn't seem to hate the customers so much, it would be nice. Been at this location twice. Won't go back.
Every time I go here I’m reminded why Starbucks has and always will be superior.
This is my go to place on my way to work. I love it. Of course the staff are human, but they know me and have adapted to my quirks. I really appreciate that. I’m not going anywhere else. Erin LS
