Tamale Factory - Gresham

It?s surprisingly difficult to find good tamales. Maybe because I was spoiled with my great grandmother?s homemade tamales growing up. But the ones from Tamale Factory are amazing! Meat to masa ratio is on point and they are nice and moist. I planned to make my own for Christmas but I?ll just be getting some from here instead. ?

No frills place with excellent tamales. Don't expect Taco Bell or Mazatlan. Could tighten up the cleanliness a bit in the dining room, but the bathroom is well kept.

Enchilado Tamale is our fave! Not too expensive and the tamales have lots of filling, perfect spice, and not all dry. THIS IS GREAT FOOD!

We got offered either corn or sweet pork tamales, we asked for pork.When we got home and opened up the tamales it was corn, spent the last of this weeks money for something we didn?t want

I daresay the pork in chile verde ones are the best, but they're all quite good including the veggie ones. They're also decently sized for the price. I'll definitely be back!
