La Fortune du Pot - Grenoble

A old mansion in the Franchouillarde, a tired but humorous waiter, like an old boss, and a kitchen that there, transports you in an old corner of france everything is still quite modern. I really loved their chicken in the picture. Honey and spices, a discount on top!

Not knowing the city, we asked a merchant where it would be possible to eat well in this neighborhood and he advised us without hesitation "the fortune of the pot". We thank him because this simple and warm restaurant offers good small, hearty and well cooked dishes for a very correct price. the boss is jovial, he welcomes with a smile and jokes with his clients while ensuring a fast service. Be careful, the blue card is not accepted!

Nice hiper atmosphere, very good cuisine, I loved it! ratio quality price very good, a menu 20 euros and very copied. I'd like to go back.

Sober setting, few choices, but real home kitchen. It's hearty and excellent. the boss and his very welcoming daughter, and his wife, in the kitchen, makes wonders. It's really a very good address. ha I forgot, you can't pay in cb. plan a checkbook.

... out there it rains, it's cold this Thursday evening of February.. we push the door and we're rushed 30 years back, in a soft heat, a great smile all smile of the boss as a welcome. We settle on the rigolo boss's invitation and order. It's quite simple on the paper from the menu, it's all fresh once in the plate (and it happens quickly.)! We swept the fish and crushed potatoes and butternut, our boyfriend chose the frog. everything is perfectly cooked and presented. the entrances are basic to the basic but it does (mixed salt with herrings especially copied.) the flan is very Portuguese (i.e., firm and caramelized), the chocolate cake is very industrial but very honorable. a very fresh blonde leffe to push all this, we frankly spent a nice evening with the jovial boss (and vidibly very zealous of his tender and generous cook.) brief, a nice address without chichi (and without blue card, presume check or liquid) and without a resto ticket in the evening "passke they sting us pognon" (sic.)
