Gregory Mercantile Inn

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly. My breakfast today was perfect, and I received a generous portion that was more than I could finish. We also tried their pizza, and it was the best I've ever had. It’s definitely worth the extra miles to get here. You’re sure to feel right at home!

I usually would rate this restaurant with 5 stars because the breakfast is consistently delicious and the staff members are very friendly. However, tonight was a different experience. We attempted to call a few times around 7:30 to order a pizza to go (something we've never tried before and wanted to sample), but no one answered the phone. When we went in at 8:15 to check if they were still open, since their hours state they close at 9:00, a young girl working there informed us that her boss had instructed her to close early. She seemed to be just hanging out with a young child. Meanwhile, the open sign was still lit, and the restaurant appeared to be open, which was quite strange.

Great food. Some of the best pizzas. Friendly staff. Delicious large portion of breakfast.

The Gregory Mercantile Inn, or The Merc as it is affectionately called. Is and excellent place to enjoy Dinner, Pizza (which is exceptional! , or Breakfast on weekends. The staff is friendly and responsive. Bernice on the waitstaff is a fun and Lively personality that makes your experience here worth the trip anytime! The dining room is a quaint, no frills small venue, but is clean and orderly. They have some special touches like a small batch line of soda from Detroit soda company, and some great special Pizzas.
