Bidra med feedbackWe 've driven by this restaurant many times over the years. So, we decided to check it out. Their is ample parking all around the building and you can access the parking lot from the street behind the front entrance. The insides has a very 'home feeling ' with seating going the full length of the building. The menu is full of fried or grilled options with meat and three, plus other options too. Service was friendly and fast. Good down home cooking and smiles all around. We will go back. Kind of a best kept secret.
Service and food were excellent, especially their corn bread, wow
South House has really good Southern Cooking (meat 3 type]. They are pretty busy every day that they're open, but definately worth the wait. We haven't had to wait more than 10 15 min. The prices are very reasonable worth it .
Great food never disappointed my wife and her family have been going here for years it's a great place to go with family
Incredible food! When we arrived, we were surprised by how busy the restaurant was. We anticipated a wait, but the place is quite spacious, and we were seated immediately! It has a slightly dim ambiance and is housed in a very old building, but the service and food were exceptional! We tried the Calabash Chicken and the Burger. The onion rings were excellent, and the burger was a real patty—not one of those thin frozen ones. The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist, and lightly fried. Their specialty is the "Meat and Three" dish, featuring a different selection of meats and sides each day. You can check their menu by calling or visiting! We also sampled some sides, which were delicious. We definitely plan to return for the "Meat and Three" before we leave the area!
